1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using Riot you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the client.
2. Licenses
Purchasing Riot grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Riot client. Each license is linked to the Discord account used at purchase and locks to the first device it is activated on.
- Riot Monthly — valid for one calendar month from the time payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically.
- Riot Lifetime — does not expire, but may be revoked under section 5.
3. Payment
Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). A license key is issued only after the provider confirms successful payment.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and finalized there are no refunds, under any circumstances. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Revocation
Your license may be revoked without refund if you: file a chargeback or payment dispute; use a fraudulent or reversed payment; share, resell, lease or leak your key; attempt to crack, redistribute, reverse-engineer or tamper with the software or its license checks; or otherwise breach these Terms.
6. Use at your own risk & your responsibility
Riot includes modules that may be detected by anti-cheat systems. You are solely responsible for how you use the client and are liable for your own actions and any consequences that result — including bans, account actions, or other losses on any server or service you use it on. No guarantee of undetectability is provided. The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and Riot is not responsible or liable for any bans or account action.
7. No affiliation
Riot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
