Riot Client is a digital product that is delivered instantly and linked to your Discord account the moment you buy. Once a purchase is completed and finalized, there are absolutely no refunds — under any circumstances. By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this.
Your responsibility
You are purchasing a license to use the software. Whatever you choose to do with it is entirely your own responsibility, and you are solely liable for your actions and any consequences that result — including, without limitation, any in-game punishments, bans, or losses. The product is used entirely at your own risk, and no outcome of using it is grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in your license being permanently revoked and your account being banned from the service.

If something genuinely isn't working, open a ticket through support with your Discord username and order reference and we'll do our best to help — but purchases themselves are non-refundable.
